Waktogel Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the conditions governing use of the waktogel platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the waktogel platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and waktogel as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using waktogel's services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
2. Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
To access the full features of the waktogel platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.
During registration, you must provide your full legal name, an active email address, a reachable phone number, and any other information required for identity verification purposes.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. waktogel will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if such use results from your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password right away.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the waktogel platform, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or in any transaction.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity intended to deceive the platform or other users.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through unauthorised means or in a manner beyond the original intent of such offers.
Waktogel reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved without prior notice where circumstances require.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the waktogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other methods listed on our deposit page.
You are responsible for ensuring that you only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's bank account or e-wallet to conduct transactions on this platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the transactions concerned.
For withdrawal requests, identity verification may be required before payment is processed. This is a standard security measure to protect users against fraudulent activity. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section.
Waktogel is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limitations and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limitations
Waktogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or processing delays.
This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to maintain platform availability at all times, unforeseen technical disruptions may occur. waktogel does not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Account Suspension and Closure
Waktogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable terms. Any balance obtained through means that violate these terms is not eligible for withdrawal.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the waktogel platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of waktogel or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from waktogel.

The waktogel platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. These links do not constitute an endorsement or approval by waktogel of the content or policies of those websites. waktogel is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website accessed through such links.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Waktogel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
